He has been an instructor at Georgia Institute of Technology, and lectured at institutions and organizations such as IDSA, PDMA and Auburn University.  A juror for many internationally recognized design award programs, Devin has been personally credited with numerous design awards.

Erick Rios, Vice President, Engineering
Erick brings his background as a researcher and experience in product engineering to every project in both
Discovery and Implementation tracks. His logical and analytical approach, mixed with plenty of inquisitive designer DNA, informs his oversight of all our engineering efforts, and ensures products not only retain the initial spirit, but can be easily realized within their predefined specifications.

Erick received a BS of Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MS of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.  Through his experience at Ford Motor Company, IDEO Product Development and the MIT Center for Innovation in Product Development, Erick has been involved in the design, engineering and management of a wide range of products and challenges ranging from an LED-based illumination system for a medical device to the Fuel Charging System on an automobile engine.
