As the world’s leading global office supplier with customers in over 120 countries, Esselte is aggressive with their ongoing new product identification initiatives. Leveraging Big Bang’s discovery and evaluation skills, two unique Idea Farming events were commissioned, targeting the key market segments of Organization and Presentation, yielding hundreds of relevant product and service concepts. Our proprietary evaluation matrix narrowed the field to an actionable 15 products and services, which were visualized and evaluated via qualitative consumer research. The results from both efforts realized products and services, such as an online print center, that were strategic and customer-focused, impacting Esselte’s bottom line.
