Radiant Systems, a Point of Sale (POS) and Back Office computer technologies provider asked Big Bang to develop a new visual language, as well as provide mechanical engineering support, for their next generation POS system. Our solution leverages the equity of existing Radiant products and personal computers to provide an inviting user experience, while reducing user apprehension, a key requirement for self-checkout applications. Our engineering support helped introduce their most sophisticated product ever in less time than projected.
